Starts at: $65.00 + tax
Includes mowing, trimming primary edges, and blowing off paved areas. Final cost per service depends on lot size, detail work, and frequency.
Additional edges, flowerbed maintenance, and pools increase the cost. Weed pulling and treatments for weeds as well as fertilizer application also increase the cost or will be billed separate from normal service.

Starts at: $130.00 + tax
Collecting or mulching leaves is twice the normal mow rate for your property’s lawn areas. In line with the Basic Mow Service, collecting leaves in areas beyond the lawn areas will increase the cost. This includes but is not limited to flowerbeds, decks, pools, roofs, and gutters. Disposal incurs an additional fee depending on volume and weight.

Starts at: $50.00/hr + tax
One hour minimum.
Final rate depends on scope of work, equipment, and crew size or man-hours.
Examples of projects in this category include trimming bushes, light tree trimming, and cleaning out flower beds. -
$80.00/hr + tax
One hour minimum for labor. A service call charge may be necessary to diagnose the needs if the issue is not apparent. Seasonal system checks start at $65.00 + tax.
Repair work includes fixing broken lateral lines, adjusting and replacing heads, nozzles, and valves, and troubleshooting. New installs are subject to local codes and layout limitations.
